New Cap on Crafting Stations?

Greeting Awakeneers!

Putting it out there as to whether if a CAP was recently placed on all Crafting Stations.

Prior to 2020, I could craft an item at (+44.02) with all perfect components (except an 18Q Micro Sensor Suite component) and resources with 1000 Conductivity (SEPY). Now, using the same perfect components, resources, and a 19Q Micro Sensor, I am unable to get an item higher than +43.95. That should be (15+5+5+19=+44). My Structure & Furniture Crafting Station is (+44.02), using (+25CA Artisan Assembly/Experimentation, +9 Pyollian/+9Bespin Port). I get 100% Experimentation at +43.95 and (2) points left over.

I understand that there is a thinking out there that Craft Station ratings don't matter. However, the perfect (+45) station has been a long-time goal, for me, as a crafter on SWG.

Clueless... What gives?

We have not implemented anything through code added to the server that would affect this. This isn't something we have caused to shift.
