Needed Garage for starting City

How is there not a garage in Bestine? This was a failure by SOE, and really needs to be fixed. Bestine is a starting city for new players and there is no where nearby to repair a vehicle, this is silly.

Bestine is an Imperial city. Lord Vader has no need for a Garage. ::)
