It is a nice suggestion though I think, not sure if it has been up before but.
You go somewhere and accidently get incapped.... timer goes on and you recover from it... they are too close and incap again.. and again... giving no chance to get away from the area at all as the random spawn spawned upon one.
Suggestion though would be to addin 5 or 10 seconds invincibility after the timer goes down so you at least got a chance to get out of the way due to the mechanics offer no mercy, either way (technically a faulty mechanic developed bu SOE)
Us crafters would not mind this at all, and it wont affect things that instantly deathblow either.

The problem usually occurs when something spawns upon you. A better solution might be to delay any new spawns from attacking for 10 seconds.

I like the idea, but I am against it as it makes the player become less aware of their surroundings.
