Soooo because I popped a baby Jedi ( who should of known better to stick his head out the cantina, or look behind himself to see he had a bomb droid following him....) we get a post on our forum thread? Ok well since No one wanted to answer me last night, am I banned now or will further action cause me to be banned?

Btw make sure to tell Talmoc I said "poke poke jab, with the pointy end" easiest way to get his xp back

Even though it is our recruitment thread i will address this just so everyone is clear and you know us for what we are and what we do

We kill jedi,that what we do and we get paid.
If WE AS A GUILD choose to accept your terms we shall do so,the majority of the time we will not.
If you want to harbour known fugitives from the empire then the onus is on you to prevent that by the following;

A building ban (cantina,mall and any other structure)
A city ban (no use of shuttles etc)

Use of the two above methods will result in the following;
No purchases of goods and services from this and all establishments connected with said persons.
This will mean us as a guild and our associates will no longer buy goods from your vendors in that city or others similarly affected.

There is no malice in this because as far as we are concerned a ban is a ban and works both ways,more amiable providers can have our custom.

We at BH take a dim view on jedi cities/jedi harbouring,you have to right to interfere with our process and we have the right to ignore your wishes.

In this game we are perceived as the villains of the story........
And if you feel like being a villain or you see yourself as a champion of justice,this is the place to make your intentions known to us

You wont get a flame war from us,I think the biggest problem is no matter how nice we are,we do a dirty job.
However i truly hope that issuing our policy on cities and cantinas help.
If i may add,one of the best things Turin did for New Destiny was to remove any bans and proclamations about Bounty hunting.
IMO i thought it was good for the city,new players got to see jedi and subsequent fights with bounty hunters turning up,a little star wars feel for the new guys.
Still...only my opinion and everyone is entitled to theres.

This is not the place to vent such concerns, not sure who directed you here. Out of respect for Panzer and Absinthe, it's not a big deal. Any publicity is good publicity, right?

The problem with guild and city policies is they have no weight outside of those who choose to follow them. As a guild, we cannot allow the precedent of following the orders of anyone who is not staff or is currently paying us. I understand what your policies are Panzer and Veriscythe, but <BH> will respectfully decline to participate. What Terrance said is dead on. If you wish to negotiate an arrangement with The Guild, I think you will find us quite reasonable. If you came here looking for myself to make some sort of guild ban on hitting marks in your town, you will be disappointed. The problem we run into is simple. Once we cave to the demands of 1 guild and institute a policy of laying off their jedi, it snowballs and soon we cant hunt Jedi in any city on this server. I am not interested in that. Rule #1 in this guild has always been "Do what thou wilt". I do not tell them who they can and cannot hunt. Thats their business. You may have more success taking up your beef with each individual hunter instead of <BH> as a whole.

No disrespect intended. This is not personal, it is simply business.

If I were to choose to ban the individual involved, it would NOT be because he killed a jedi in the doorway of our cantina. It would be because he chose to trash-talk the mayor of the city, unprovoked... just ran his mouth to someone who was not involved in the incident at all.

But, for the record, the person who committed the act is not banned this time. I think we all understand that BH hunting Jedi is a reality of this game.

His statement to me was not as innocuous as he claims. just sayin'. I'm not interested in hashing it out, neither in-game, or on here. I'm not a jedi, or a BH. I don't expect to be disrespected in my own metro. As far as I'm concerned, the incident is over. It's far too mundane to continue to capitulate over it.
