So I came back to SWG recently and started playing SWG:A. I found out shortly afterwards that med use attachments had been disabled. Now I understand why SWGEMU did this however whats to say that we cant? Additionally why would we NOT use them, they are in game after all and have a cap of +25 when they were enabled previously. If a character doesn't have at least novice medic they cant enable to them use med packs for example, and only allow the use of better med packs with slightly less SP spent. I feel this helps many players who intend to dabble into medic without intending to master it.

I dont think medical use was ever intended to work, it used to be on BE clothing in LIVE but was taken out.

Nah they were never intended to work like gennie said. The reason being is balance. A defense stacker with 3 full brawler trees (meaning 3 master professions from brawler) does not need to be able to heal themselves too.

You did not read what i posted, while they were implemented on EMU at one time, if you did not have medic they did not apply or work so having 3 master professions one would not have the ability to pickup medic. I do also understand that on LIVE they were not intended to work the point i was making is why should we limit ourselves to SWGEMU's philosophy of being a LIVE replica 100%? Don't you think that the game will/has become stale without some form of innovation?
