buff carbineer speed

Please do something to buff this so you can actually speed cap at master, currently you're limited to +85 speed even with maxed SEAs at master carbineer with no BH carbines tree. Please buff either the 4xxx line up to 5/5/10/10 or make master +15 so capping is attainable, like every other ranged/melee dps class. thank you

Pretty sure this should go in the "Suggestions" section. Although even then, I doubt there will be any change to carbs.

You could always get some krayt tissues (+damage and reduces speed) and make a carb or two.

Should reduce the speed a bit. Then with a damage slice + speed pup (or speed slice + dmg pup), you should be sorted!!

There are lots of profs that do not speed cap at master... Don't see this happening

Most don't - I think the point he was getting at is that Carbineer, even with tapes, can't cap without picking up BH. Whereas Rifles for example, can cap with +7 (?) in SEA after the MRifles box.
