ID clients 'swimming'

Ok, this has been going on for several weeks, it didn't happen when I first did the ID grind, but now, whenever I try to ID someone, they are not in the 'standing' position, they are in the 'swimming' position and doing the 'tread water' idle animation. This makes it really hard to ID someone, lol.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Any suggestions to fix it? I have tried to ID myself, my alts, and random strangers, all of them show the swimming pose for me, though I didn't ask if the random stranger saw a standard pose or the swimming pose when I ID'd him.

Any suggestions are appreciated, I hesitate to do a re-install, all those keymaps to redo *sigh*
