AT ST indoors.

Logic would dictate that an AT ST shouldn't be able to fit into a cantina or say, DWB. Any chance of having them coded from entering buildings just like vehicles are?

I agree with this. Pets should be limited in buildings.

This may still be a hiccup in the code that they may still be trying to iron out "elsewhere"... before making the Jump to Awakening(JTA) one of my Musician alts used to make many credits healing in a little cantina conveniently located on the front doorstep of the Krayt Graveyard in an alternate Tatooine far, far away, that is except for when hunters would kite them right up onto the stage and kill him while macro grinding... so if a Krayt Dragon can squeeze thru the doors of a Player Cantina... why not an AT ST? (least till somebody figures it out in the code) ;)

Yep. It is on the plate.

However, logic wasn't strong with SOE and in Live it acted the same way.

We will see what we can do to correct SOE's mistakes. :)

Some pets of course. Troopers and such should be able to figure out how to get through a door.

I dont agree with this, The At-ST should be allowed in such places as the DWB, Warren, Geocaves etc. its a pet and a damage dealer. maybe you have too put it away and pull it back out when you enter but it shouldnt not, not entirely be allowed in.

I think it just makes sense. theres plenty of other human sized pets that can do the job. or you can just actually gather up a group of players. either way, I think it makes the experience more authentic and immersive. just my opinion and i'll leave it at that :)

It's an issue when ATST's stick through the roof.

Also, right now... ATST's are actually an unfair advantage for Imps. Maybe we can just make faction pet require the owner be overt to use them...

I think there are more important things that need to be fixed/sorted before these sort of changes, broken profs, server resets, quests etc...

You are supposed to group with other players for areas like this. Real live human beings, not a pet with outrageous health. I don't care what it's role is. I get people like to do some things solo. These are not areas meant to be taken lightly and meant to have a mixed group of professions.

AT's are op and while I wouldn't call it a Nerf incoming, they will be adjusted so they aren't being a win all for everything. That and Rebs will be getting some pet love in the future.

I think it's fine that there is imbalance with pets with imps/rebs even as a rebel pvper myself. it makes sense that imps would have more hardware and bigger guns.

Has nothing to do with pvp and more to do people trying to solo that which should not be a mob that can be soloed. I remember when they nerfed ch because of people using 2 grauls to tank a krayt while they would spam mind/headshot. Unintended side affect of developers not taking into account the end result.

PvPing in every game i've ever played that had pvp as an option doesn't make me a pvper. But standing around overt all day with nobody to fight would make me one. :))


BTW is that hard to do on a server with like 2:1 Imp:Rebel ratio? ;)
