RIS Failure Rate?

Just curious if any other AS have experienced an abnormally high failure rate for RIS, whether it's assembly or experimentation. I've made maybe... 90 total pieces of RIS over time and somewhere around 20 of them had a failure of some sort. I kinda brushed it off for a while as bad luck but my latest batch continued having about that failure rate and I'm wondering about it again now.

Are you crafting in a Research Center?

Other than making sure your tapes are maxed (25/25) that is the only thing I think you can do to improve Assembly and Experiment results.

*edit*Just gonna edit this instead of making a new post.. it's research center.. not Manufacturing. Been a minute since I played SWG. I really should look stuff up before I post lol.

I haven't made as many as you, maybe 30 pieces or so and have not had a single failure so far

Old thread, but since it was brought back up I might as well give an update to say that I don't experience that failure rate anymore. I have no idea why there were so many failures at that time but it's fine now.

I have had times when making harvesters and like regular armor where that has happened.. but not as often as you were talking about on this. That is really bad luck.
