Sign in problems

I have installed SWG, Installed the awakening launcher, registered for an account on the forums, but when I try to log into the server I get a message that says my password is wrong. I have tried to reset my password for the forums but that did not fix the issue. Please assist.

If you submit a ticket in the support drop down menu and fill the ticket in the staff will get to the problem ASAP.

By ASAP do you mean 24 hours? Maybe because its Sunday I haven't heard anything on it.

Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours usually, they don't time specific as its volunteers who admin the server, but usually they are quite speedy with there responses. I am sure they'd I'll get to you promptly.

ASAP stand for as soon as possible. Depends on the staff availability. It could mean a hour, could be 3 days.
