I played SWG Live at various times (beta, launch, CU, after they converted to classes). Really enjoyed the earlier incarnations. Hope to see you all in game

Hello and welcome back to swg and to the awakening family.

Awakening also has its own teamspeak please feel free to come on and say hello we have an open door policy in there and welcome everyone.

If you need any buffs or looking for places to purchase things there's a lot of top quality cities on the server.

Tatooine:
Tusken bane is a must visit town it's beautifully decorated and the guild mg who run it are the best people you'll ever meet.

Halcyon and bedrock are great cities also very well ran and very unique.

Corellia:
New destiny is a business hub with some fantastic rare buildings and a fantastic mall with 24/7 buffs. Cone say hi to sistri in the bespin cantina.

Mon Cala has one of the best malls on the server at fantastic prices and a must see at night with it all lit up.

Ravenloft has some incredible buildings and decorations in, also handy for imperial base buffs.

Sirens calling and bellicose are twin cities and layed out to perfect, bellicose is the place to go for rebel base buffs and very pvp orientated city.

Naboo:
There are many wonderful and old cities on naboo that have been around since the start or there about.
Concanges (think that's right bloody stepo with his stupid name change :p) formely known as diarmid is currently under development, has always been one of the major cities is home to the j-club ran by jastiri who is probably the most well know entertainer since day 1. Had the first bespin cantina and it's purely wonderful decorated by sona.

Avalon prime ran by dunka has the twin entertainers hiccup and Chaeli who alternate there buffs to each other a very strong solo group also. Teppo sells his armour from here also for me he one of the best armour smiths on the server and is a great and funny guy.

Serenity and haven are owned by sn guild who are a tight knit family and have wide range of decorated and in depth shops.

Nar kanji is the home town of kkk guild, they are a very strong rebel guild who have a long history together and a good force in pvp and Pve.

There are many more good cities but here a just a few to cement there presence on our fantastic server.

Welcome! Glad you found the server. It is really the most supportive group of folks out there. Just note that most of the NPC cities, save Mos Eisley, are pretty just used as transit. The action is at player cities around the galaxy. If you have any questions or need help getting settled in, The Journeymen <TJM> are always willing to assist. Look forward to seeing you in game.

Come check us out in Bedrock, Tatooine. We have all the basic profession trainers, buffs, vendors, etc... AND the most beautiful location on Tatooine!

Thank you all very much for the warm welcome. If the SWGAwakening community is largely representative of your comments, I'm sure that I'll fit right in with you folks

Having gotten rid of my old game discs during a previous move, I'm waiting on a new set to arrive from Ebay, (09/19 can't get here soon enough!) then I'll be ready to go. Likely to start in Naboo (as that is what I did on live) as an entertainer then work toward TK.

Exciting! Is they any SWGAwakening Wiki's or other information repos available?

I understand that JTL isn't in game yet. is there someplace to read up on the progress of that effort or the intended content to be included? I miss my Yacht!

I dont believe we have a wiki, although a lot of the older posts have been saved by SWGemu and several other sites easily found by googling what you need.

The most useful website is galaxy harvester if you plan to craft, I don't remember if it was out with live.

To my knowledge the developers are working on getting the ground game done before moving to space but the code for that should be easy.

The warreen, DWB, Fort tusken, jabba/nyms/rebel/imp theme parks are all in as well as George caves.
The only end game content not in right now is coreillian corvette.
The patch notes should be available below in the other fourm topic devoted to updates or patch notes the name escapes me.

If you need any help getting started you are more than welcome to email or send me a tell in game. I am an armorsmith and we have a good guild WS that makes great speed starter weapons and higher end weapons as well! I am located out of Halycon Tatoline and am part of CHC we are a Rebel/neutral guild if you are interested
