stuck on loading screen/kicked back to loading screen

Hello Everyone

I was reading already issues about similar things using the search button however it didn't turn out to my satisfaction. So I'm writing this to you hope other players had a similar issue too. So what happened? I was playing on my toon this morning (CET) around 1hour before server down. So my character was located on rori at this time when i suffered a desync on a POI (imperial hyperdrive research facility, WEST of Restuss) I decided to soft log and since then i don't get back ingame - means after pressing on the character login the screen is loading indeed.. then stops and kicking me back in the character screen sheet.
This does only happen on that character ryt now. The other toon i got will load and spawn properly in the world. Is there anything I could do according changing or reinstalling files? I have no idea I hope you guys could help me out! Thank you!

Hello, please create a support ticket under the Support>Create Ticket tab. Please be sure to include the player name and the location of a secure location if you have what I'll call "security concerns".

Not a problem. I can't get in to the crash loop myself, but I have a few leads on what's causing this.

This just happened to my character at the same POI on Rori.

I submitted a ticket.

I approached the facility then it lagged. So I logged out, logged back in, and couldn't load my character.

This happened to one of my characters a few months ago when trying to visit the Rebel Outpost in NE Rori. I submitted a ticket. Once unlocked, I avoided NW Rori. But it just happened again at the Imperial Hyperdrive Facility NE Rori. I haven't yet had any problems in Southern Rori. If it helps, it just seems to be in the Northern part of the Rori map.
