crafting strengths

I am Getting into the CM crafting gig. At least for myself. Just want to ask a quick question regarding the lootable subcomponents. The dunkowah poisons replace the infection amplifier/adv infection amplifier. What is the current range that can be reached with SB or near SB mats if you were to craft one?

I made an adv inf amplifier that came out 57 power. Dokuwah poisons have power and potency stats. The power on the highest looted one I have is 28 with a potency of 18. Does this potency stat somehow offset the lower power when compared to the adv inf amplifier, or is it just substandard for CM crafting?

I am not going to do a retail operation for this stuff. The SB resources are so old for a lot of it, that it would be so cost prohibitive to make. My guildie, Talmoc is making crated stuff and has a vendor in the Bedrock Mall. If you have some of the old resources you want to donate, I can do some crafting for you. I am fully taped out. Hit me up in game.
