Username and password works to log into forums. However, when attempting to log into game it says: WRONG PASSWORD: THE PASSWORD YOU ENTERED IS INCORRECT. My password is correct as it allows logging into forums. The login screen is bugged for my account as am unable to log into game. Need someone to check and correct this issue.

From the launcher menu, make sure that Server Select -> Live Server is selected. It is possible that you have the test server targeted and you most likely have not had your account copied over to that environment yet, which would result in the message you are receiving.

The live server is selected but am unable to log into the game. Have submitted a ticket regarding this issue.

Password was reset twice. Assuming password must be manually reset by a staff member as game is still looking for original password when account was created. New password is probably not synced with game server and must be reset manually. Apparently, a password reset is recognized by website/forums, but not the game log in screen.

I ran into this. It is going to take a CSR to unlock it. May even need to be elevated to Ed. If you submitted a ticket, just have some patience. I don't know what the glitch is.

Every once in awhile the password service can lose sync, it really doesn't happen that often though. I would also make sure you aren't using any weird special characters (exa:!@#$%^&()?/) as the game login doesn't like them. There's nothing we can do about that. My suggestion at this point is quit changing passwords. Staff will get to you when they can. Only higher level CSR can do password resets.
