in regards to jedi leveling caves and pois question

i know of some positions in game in my opinion that fall into neither pois or caves but just static spawns..can i assume this also is the same as caves and pois?

Generally speaking you shouldn't even be asking this question.The rules are set very plainly and if it even has a hint of "this feels a bit wrong" then do not do it.
However if by picking up the saber you feel that rules do not apply to you or that it is acceptable on other servers and should be here then you are in trouble.
Likewise if you have come up with something "clever","unique" or "original".
That mindset will just attract the staff or worse the Bounty Hunters.
IMO nothing paints a target on your back better then finding and using grey areas to your advantage.
