New player in AWAKENING

Hello all!

Just managed to create a new char in the server (name is Shucioh) and now Im trying to set my Nostromo Keypad just like it was in my old SWG days. Its been a long time, since December 15, 2011 when they shutted down the servers.
I started playing the game back in 2003 in Radiant server, since day 1 with my 2 Collector Ed. accounts ^^ I dont remember being so excited playing another new mmorpg, not after, not before. SWG is the mmo where I have the best memories. Not even close to old Everquest or Anarchy Online after Shadowlands. Loved the game. Loved the crafting!
Many years later, after CU and when Radiant were almost empty, I moved to an European Server, Chimaera, and joined a guild called Dune SEA Desperadoes. I had a lot of fun, but the game was already a different one.

Im so glad I found you and hope to meet you all in game.

Welcome home! Glad you found the server. It is really the most supportive group of folks out there. Just note that most of the NPC cities, save Mos Eisley, are pretty just used as transit. The action is at player cities around the galaxy. If you have any questions or need help getting settled in, The Journeymen <TJM> are always willing to assist. We look forward to seeing you in game.

You will really enjoy the server. Folks are helpful, and want to have fun. This server is a little harder than others, but it is balanced and fun. Check out the player cities. There are vendors all over the place. Bedrock kind of caters to the newbie crowd. Lots of starter weapons in vendors, foods, armors, etc...

Come check us out in Bedrock (Entertainment district) and Mos Crumpit (research center), Tatooine. We have all the basic profession trainers, buffs, vendors, etc... AND the most beautiful location on Tatooine! Come get your grind on!

Yeah, I noticed Mos Eisley was almost empty, just 3 musicians in the Cantina ^^
Im a real noob right now, poor as a rat and weak as a kitten (actually its so fun, this fresh beginning), but as soon I get used to the game again I will look forward those players cities and guilds.
Will check Bedrock. Tatooine is my favourite planet to live, so Im gonna spend a lot of time here.

This server is a little harder than others, but it is balanced and fun.

I think Its one of the features I like the most in a mmo. That feeling when you reach your hardest goals in game.
Who knows. Maybe I finish trying to unlock the Jedi again!

I was on Chimaera myself, as was Chrakov, Lasod and the inimitable Turin (whatever he says, it's a trap!)

I started off in UKRM,which became SFR. We then made ECHOs, Smuggler's Alliance and then we became NIGHT. The first two we were based in SunfLl, Tat.

Where where the DSD based again?

Now we are Imperial, based in Con Diarmid near Theed. We usually have buffers on overnight UK time and have a range of shops both in a tented market place and a mall. (When shuttling in, look for the brazier at the end of the shuttleport. Then follow the streetlights to the mall).

Dune SEA Desperadoes, SEA, were based on Outmian Yakta, Tatooine.
Really a nice group of people. Many of them liked Role Play a lot, mainly at nights ^^

I was living in Spain, but due my work I never minded to play day or night ^^ I moved 3 years ago and now Im in EST time zone. But again, I can play almost at any time of the day/night.

I will give you a visit in Con Diarmid for sure.
