New Destiny Weekly Lottery

Hey all,

I am starting to do a weekly Lottery in New Destiny.

I have put the lottery droid at -319 -5843 which is just outside of the treehouse.

It will be 100k to enter the lottery and i have added 100k of my own cash into it also.

The more people who enter the higher the pot and the winner will recieve the payout at the end of the week.

If this is sucessfull i will make it a weekly thing.

You may enter on as many alts as you please and if you feel like.

Best wait till pub 9 bro, that’s what I’m doing.

The problem is at reset the droid evaporates. I was lucky as it happened at the rollback so no one lost money. One test I did was a few hours so there was a winner there, and finished before the reset.

(I agree wholeheartedly that lottery droids are the future for cities. The tester I had was by the Con Diar shuttle but I will prolly have this one in the town hall (with the map room) if I can. As you know when we chatted a wee while back I want to make the town hall useful. Otherwise it's a massive wasted structure.

Yes wholeheartly agree. So far just mainly me who had put money in so not end of the world lesson learnt and I look forward to seeing what pub 9 brings with it.

Up the citizen tax, the shuttle and the cloner. Until pub 9 comes sales tax unfortunately stays with the merchant.

I'm still behind each week with funds. I hope the sales tax and lottery droid helps. I don't want to tax structures no matter how small just yet.

I have heard some folks think it's the mayors responsibility to pay for a city. Thankfully the residents in Con Diarmid understand the point of taxes. Bring on pub 9! RAWR!

I have all the tax's apart from the merchant tax at full, which still the city is not making profit no more but luckily i have supportive citizens who generously donate towards the cause with me included.

Ye i am with you there its not up to just the mayor to fund the city it take a team to make a city work not just one person well a successful city i find that is the case.

Now that pub 9 is here I have set this up and will be a weekly thing enjoy
