Please excuse the slower support fulfillment times over the Christmas and New Year period. Many SWG Awakening staff members will potentially be taking time away from their staff duties to spend time with friends and family over this period. Please respect our staff members' enjoyment of this holiday. If you have any issues in-game or on any of our other platforms over this period please open a ticket in the Discord server #ticket-creation-lobby channel, instead of directly PMing members of staff. During the holiday period, opening a ticket will be the most reliable way to get your support request fullfilled as staff become available.
