The website is currently undergoing a much needed update, which I'm sure you've all noticed. We are still working on a few things so please bear with us. Features will return over the next few days.

We are aware of the issue with veteran rewards resetting. This is something that would take more trouble (more downtime, rollback, etc.) to correct than it's worth. Enjoy the extra items!

P.S. this is also how you fix the related issue of not being able to use the /flash command. You need to claim this again.

In celebration of Awakening's 3rd Birthday there will be 5 days of fun! Starting today all accounts will receive 2 new pictures! In addition there will be a 3rd anniversary badge! For today only, all players should receive double xp while leveling!!! Last, but not least, our staff members will help by creating a few fun-filled events for you to enjoy throughout the week!

The staff wants to thank all of you for joining us for this week's celebration and for continuing to be part of this great server. We hope you all stick around or join us for the upcoming launch of Publish 9 in the near future! The events are not scheduled and could happen anywhere at anytime. Look for announcements both in-game and on the forums.


P.S. You will need to relaunch your launchers and clients to download the Tre files in order to get the anniversary rewards!

We appreciate when players take the time to let us know when things are working quite as expected. It's very challenging to find and fix bugs. While we do need the input we really need players to give greater details when submitting these reports. While we can dig through logs and database files it takes a huge amount of time to do so.

Please wait until April 11th 2017 to submit any new Tickets or place Bug Reports. Anything added in the next 48 hours to live will be deleted. After Publish 8 is released please submit bug reports in the Support area of the forums as always. Once Publish 9 hits Test Center we will have our separate bug report section under
Testing. Please check on the emu forums before reporting bugs about publish 8. It's a year old now and many of these bugs will be fixed in Publish 9. If so there is no reason to report it here again. We aren't doing independent patches for core bugs. We will wait until the next publish unless it's custom code we have written ourselves.

Submissions for multiple accounts will have to wait until 4/11/17. We aren't taking anymore requests until then. You'll just have to wait.
